English
The bounce is the diagnosis. SPF, DKIM, and a full mailbox fail in different sentences, and only one of them is fixed in DNS.
Save the whole message
A screenshot of “delivery failed” is not enough. Forward the bounce, headers included, to info@lusona.org. The useful lines mention spf=fail, dkim=fail, dmarc=fail, “mailbox full”, “relay access denied”, or “550 5.7.1”. Each of those is a different job.
What the words mean
spf=fail means the server that sent the message is not on the list published for your domain. A new website form, a copier, or a laptop sending “directly” will do this the first day. The fix is one SPF record that names every real sender, not a second SPF record beside the old one.
dkim=fail means the signature does not match the key in DNS, or there is no signature. After a server move, the selector name often still points at the old key. “Mailbox full” and “user unknown” are not DNS at all: the address exists or it does not, and the quota is a size limit. “Relay access denied” means something tried to send through a server that does not recognise it as a customer.
What we need from you
The from-address, the time, the recipient that bounced, and whether the same message arrives at a Gmail account you control. If Gmail accepts it and one customer does not, their filter is the next place to look, not a rebuild of the whole domain. Change one DNS record at a time, and wait for the TTL before you change another.
Português
A devolução é o diagnóstico.
Guarde a mensagem inteira
